3. Enquiries and the AI Project Advisor
Information submitted via forms or our AI Project Advisor is used to help us understand your requirements and respond. Outputs from the AI Advisor are informational and may require clarification. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
4. Quotes and proposals
Any price ranges shown are indicative. A final quote is only confirmed in writing once scope is agreed.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients own the deliverables we create for them once invoices are paid in full. We may reuse general know-how, code patterns, and non-confidential learnings.
6. Third-party services
Our website may rely on third-party services (hosting, analytics, AI, email). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by those third parties outside our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability relating to your use of the website is limited to GBP 100. Service engagements will have separate liability terms in the written agreement.
